1 · Services
This shop allows the purchase of virtual credit (“Credits”) for the Minecraft server zielmc.com. The credit is added to the specified player account and can be used exclusively within the network. There is no entitlement to a cash payout.
2 · Conclusion of Contract & Delivery
The contract is concluded upon successful payment. The credit is added (delivered) automatically and immediately after receipt of payment, usually within a few seconds.
3 · Prices
All prices are final prices in euros and include any applicable value added tax (VAT).
4 · Withdrawal
The products are digital content. If you expressly consent to immediate performance, the right of withdrawal expires upon complete performance of the contract (see Withdrawal Policy).
5 · Player Account & Rules
Buyers are responsible for providing the correct Minecraft name. Credits added to an incorrectly specified account cannot be reversed. In the event of violations of the server rules (e.g. cheating or deliberately exploiting bugs), access to the network may be suspended; in this case, there is no entitlement to a refund of Credits or ranks.
6 · Availability
We strive to ensure operation that is as free of disruptions as possible, but cannot guarantee constant availability of the network. Maintenance work and technical faults may temporarily restrict access.
7 · Final Provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. For consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not deprive them of the protection afforded by mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which they have their habitual residence. Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
