Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Tom Hauck, Pulvermühle 1, 53809 Ruppichteroth, Germany, email: [email protected]) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a message sent by email or via the form at the bottom of this page). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
Premature Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
In the case of a contract for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium (here: Credits and ranks), the right of withdrawal expires once we have begun performing the contract after you have
- expressly consented to our beginning performance of the contract before the withdrawal period expires, and
- acknowledged that, by giving your consent, you lose your right of withdrawal once performance of the contract has begun.
You give this consent and acknowledgement during the ordering process by ticking the corresponding checkbox; we then confirm it to you by email. As Credits and ranks are added to your account immediately after receipt of payment, the right of withdrawal expires when they are added.
